Rock Choir.

The Málaga Rock Choir was founded in 2025 under the musical direction of Gabriel Kulisevsky, neurological music therapist, music teacher and choral conductor. It is one of the youngest choirs in the Rock’n Choirs network and currently has more than 30 choristers of different ages, nationalities and musical backgrounds, united by their passion for music and collective singing.

Their repertoire covers some of the great anthems in rock history, from legendary bands such as The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd or Metallica to key figures of Spanish rock like Miguel Ríos. Through multi-voice choral arrangements, the group combines the energy and power of rock with the richness of choral music.

Since its beginnings, the Málaga Rock Choir has been committed to bringing choral music closer to all audiences, without the need for prior musical knowledge, and to taking rock beyond the rehearsal rooms. Among its first performances its concerts in the streets of downtown Málaga stand out, where it has shared musical experiences with members of other choirs in the network, such as those from Granada and Jaén.

In addition to its artistic activity, the choir seeks to establish itself as a meeting and cultural dynamization space in the city, promoting participation, intergenerational and intercultural relationships and the feeling of community through music.

Currently, the Málaga Rock Choir continues growing and incorporating new voices. Its rehearsals take place on Mondays at 19:00 h at the Colegio Diocesano Espíritu Santo – near the El Torcal metro stop, in Málaga.
